Tuition

Tuition for each month is due in full on the 1st of that month. Monthly invoices are based on the number of lesson weeks within that month (for example, months with five weeks will include five lessons).

The first month’s tuition must be paid in advance to reserve a weekly lesson time.

Payment does not guarantee makeup lessons or additional lessons outside of your regular schedule, as outlined below.

Students are responsible for all tuition fees incurred from their lesson start date until 30 days after written cancellation notice is received.

Tuition is non-refundable, even in cases of mid-month cancellations, absences, or emergencies.

In the case of the instructor’s absence, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be provided whenever possible. A makeup lesson will be offered, and if it cannot be rescheduled within 30 days, the cost of the missed lesson will be deducted from the following month’s tuition.

Makeup Lesson Policy

Consistent attendance is an important part of musical progress. To keep schedules running smoothly, makeup lessons are offered under the following guidelines:

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice (by email or phone) to qualify for a makeup lesson.

• Makeups are not guaranteed, but will be offered when possible based on instructor and studio availability.

• Makeup lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the original lesson date.

• Makeups cannot be scheduled more than 20 days in advance.

• A maximum of one makeup lesson per month is allowed, with a yearly limit of eight total.

• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a makeup or credit.

• If the instructor cancels a lesson, a makeup or credit will always be provided.

Cancellations & Vacations

No make-up lessons, refunds, or pro-rated tuition will be given for lessons missed without at least 24 hours’ notice.

Notification of vacations must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
